Join Tree of Hope as a Digital Trustee and use your expertise to transform the way we support families of children and young people with disabilities.

Tree of Hope helps families of children and young people with disabilities or health conditions access life-changing care and support. Through expert advice, guidance, and a secure fundraising platform, we enable families to raise funds for treatments, therapies, and equipment not freely available through the NHS or social care.

In Autumn 2024, we launched Bridging the Gap (2024–2027), our ambitious strategy to expand our reach, improve accessibility, and create long-term impact for families across the UK. Digital innovation is at the heart of this strategy, including:

• Developing a new Family Support Hub to provide accessible tools and resources for families.
• Enhancing our fundraising platforms to make raising funds faster and easier.
• Strengthening our use of data to measure and demonstrate the impact of our work.

We are seeking a Digital Trustee to help us achieve these goals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Tree of Hope’s mission by shaping how digital innovation transforms our services, operations, and engagement with families and supporters.

We are looking for someone who can provide strategic guidance, fresh perspectives, and practical expertise in digital transformation. Specific responsibilities include:

• Advising the Board on digital opportunities and risks, ensuring they align with Tree of Hope’s strategic objectives.
• Supporting the development and oversight of digital initiatives, such as the Family Support Hub and fundraising tools.
• Championing the use of data to drive decision-making and measure the charity’s impact.
• Sharing insights and translating complex digital concepts into actionable advice for the Board.
